Over the course of her career Julia has worked as a production assistant, graphic designer, newspaper magazine publisher and (most recently) project manager.
Her work has appeared in the North Shore News, Deep Cove Crier and BC Craft Beer News newspapers; The Verdict and Pacific Rim magazines and the Rotary Voices blog.
In 2016, while serving as publisher, the National Association of Trial Lawyer Executives (NATLE) awarded the Trial Lawyers Association of BC (TLABC) its inaugural Award of Excellence for Publication of the Year for The Verdict.
Having spent a year living in Japan as a teenager, Julia has an affinity for Japanese language and culture.
Julia has an appetite for the outdoors. She enjoys mountain biking, running and is currently learning to ski the slopes of her new hometown: Red Mountain in Rossland, BC.
Prior to COVID, Julia volunteered as a Karma Yogi at her local yoga studio.
